General Terms and Conditions
For Make it Stich Atelier

Article 1: Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between [Make it Stich] (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"), unless explicitly deviated from in writing.

Article 2: Offer and Conclusion of the Agreement

All offers from the Seller are non-binding and can be revoked at any time.
The agreement is concluded when the Customer places the order and the Seller confirms it.

Article 3: Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made according to the payment methods specified by the Seller.

Article 4: Delivery

The delivery time is indicative and may vary. The Seller aims to deliver orders within the agreed period.
If the delivery time is exceeded, the Customer is not entitled to any compensation.

Article 5: Returns and Exchanges

As the products are personalized, there is a no-return policy.
Returns are only allowed in the following cases:
a. The delivered item is damaged upon receipt.
b. By agreement with the Seller, where the Seller assesses the situation and approves the return.
Returns are at the cost of the Customer.

Article 6: Complaints

Complaints about the delivered products must be reported in writing to the Seller within 14 days of receipt.
Upon receipt of the complaint, the Seller will address it as soon as possible and inform the Customer about the resolution.

Article 7: Liability

The Seller is not liable for any indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by business interruption.
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid out by the insurer in the relevant case.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and texts on the website and in other communications are the property of the Seller and may not be used without permission.

Article 9: Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to all offers and agreements.
Disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Seller is based.
